The first revision that introduced the link (
<http://wiki.frath.net/index.php?title=Learners_shortlist&diff=46662&oldid=46256>
) spelled it ".html", so it's likely been that way for as long as the
link has been on the page.

Perhaps your web hoster used to redirect the incorrect URL to the
correct one, and no longer does so?

Regardless, the link is now corrected.
