I suspect that, whatever conlang we choose, one of the things we'll do
in the early stages of the project is produce additional documentation
of whatever sort is lacking -- add non-technical lessons if all the
creator has is a reference grammar, or vice versa; translate the
lessons and/or grammar into more languages; link the lexicon entries
with sample sentences exemplifying use of the words, and vice versa;
etc.  For some of the proposed conlangs, we'd pretty much have to do
that before really learning much of the language; for others, it would
be a nice plus that would throw the project open to more people than
would otherwise be willing/able to participate.
