Excellent.  I think we're all set to start voting on 1 September.  I
think of all the people who have posted since I proposed a detailed
voting procedure on 16 August, only one opposed using IRV (and he
subsequently changed his mind, or at least withdrew his objections)
and only one objected to running the election from 1 to 7 September,
so we have a pretty strong if not unanimous consensus to proceed with.
