[LCS News] LCS hosting: now unlimited space/BW

Thanks to DreamHost's new policies, we are able to now offer
unlimited* hard drive space and bandwidth to all LCS hosted sites.
Drive space includes MySQL databases etc.

This change takes effect immediately.
