<div><div class="im"><br></div>As a computer neophyte, before I learned about the Alt-NUM method and later the US-Intl. keyboard, I used "sh" for c-cedil and "ny" for n-tilde; when I see old texts now, the look is jarring, but it's a possibility. One could also use "x" for the /S/ phoneme, a la Old Spanish.<br>
