Just by curiosity, I wonder what is the voters' participation rate on this second day. 
Is this possible to reveal such data ?

The voting period has begun.  See the wiki page for prodedure:

The voting deadline is midnight, September 8 GMT; that is, 8:00 PM
September 7, EDT, or 5:00 PM  September 7, PDT.  Consult a time-zone
converter if you need to know other local deadlines, or better, don't
wait until the last minute. :)
