It certainly looks well enough developed to be learnable and usable.
Its morphology does look pretty SAE, though -- verbs inflecting for
person and number of subject (but not object), tense, mood; nouns with
masculine/feminine genders and apparently the same four basic cases
that survive in German or Greek; etc...

How many people can read and write, or speak, Verdurian?  My
impression is it's one of the most popular artlangs that aren't
associated with published fiction or films.
