Sounds like a good idea. And if anything, for the creators of conlangs, it might serve as a good material to complement their languages, even if they're not chosen.

Agreed, and this is what I was outlining in my mail: not for it to be in-depth...but an overall 'quick glance'. Or a kind of 'refresher' for anything that gets forgotton once the learning is underway. But as Jim said, its down to the preference of the creator (if available). It's certainly something I would do.
