FWIW re tech: you can have as many conlang.org mailing lists as you
want (within reason :-P), and webspace on something.conlang.org is
unlimited and free. (Though of course one or more of you has to
administer it, install whatever software you want, etc. We don't have
spare manpower for that.)

See conlang.org/hosting.php for what packages we can easy-install for
you; anything else you should be able to install manually, since you'd
have normal shell access.
